The team is competently led by Tendai Bindura who is the Chief Operations Officer. He is an experienced Operations Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry. Skilled in Operations Management, Analytical Skills, Banking, Risk Assessment, and Contact Centers. He is also a strong operations professional with a Master of Science (MSc) focused in Risk Management and Insurance from National University of Science and Technology, Mcomm in strategy and corporate governance. His past work experience includes being an Operations Manager at Homelink (Pvt) Ltd a position he held for thirteen years undertaking the role of Mortgage Underwriting and Administration, Projects planning, Money Transfer administration, Administering Anti Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Compliance, Management of Microfinance operations, New products Development and Implementation, Strategic Planning. He also served as a Senior Analyst at the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe assessing BOP transactions for compliance with exchange control statutes, compiling and analysis of BOP figures and risk assessment of foreign currency transactions.
Our accounts department is competently led by a qualified Accountant who has more than a decades’ finance and accounting experience that she attained in the financial services in various capacities that she served. She oversees the overall financial and management accounting for the business and plays an advisory role in all financial related matters.
Our operations team is also comprised of tellers stationed in different branches who are committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients.
